LOCAL DELIVERY (MAURITIUS)
1.PAY & COLLECT at store
All orders can be collected the day after your payment has been processed.
Our store address is 15-16 Dias Pier, Caudan Waterfront, Port-Louis, Mauritius.
We also offer the option to order online and pay when you collect at our store.
We will keep your order ready for 7 days after which it will be considered void & a charge might apply to you.
2. Delivery within Mauritius
All orders will be shipped within 48hrs of receipt of payment. The order is posted by FEDEX (Rennel Ltd). A fixed rate of Rs250 is applied for orders. Any purchase above Rs3000 qualifies for FREE shipping.
Please ensure the address & contact number you supply to us is accurate. You will have to make necessary arrangements to receive the goods and to collect them from FEDEX office if you are not able to take delivery in person.
We have partnered with FEDEX as our shipping agent. All our products are delivered within 10 to 15 days depending on the country. (We are currently experiencing longer delays due to the COVID-19 situation)
A fixed rate of EUR80 is applied for orders. Any purchase above EUR1600 qualifies for FREE shipping.
We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. The prices displayed on site are inclusive of all taxes and duties and this will be removed at checkout once you select your shipping country.
After your purchase, we will provide you with a confirmation by email and a tracking number that can be used to follow your parcel.
In the unlikely event, that the product cannot be shipped to your country, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a full refund.
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over MUR 2,500, you should consider using registered post. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
